Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
For an order containing several goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email, letter or through our online withdrawal form:

Alternatively, you can submit your withdrawal electronically using our online withdrawal form.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address. Do not return products directly to a production partner unless we have expressly instructed you to do so.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Print-on-Demand Products
Our products are produced on demand after an order has been placed and are not generally held in stock.
The fact that a product is manufactured on demand does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal remains available where required by applicable consumer law unless a statutory exception applies.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
This exclusion applies only where the purchased product has actually been customised or personalised according to the customer’s individual selection or instructions. It does not apply merely because a standard product is produced after the order is placed.
