At Pics & Babbles, every item is made to order just for you! We work with trusted production partners in the US and the EU to ensure high-quality, eco-conscious production and smooth delivery to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

  • USA: Flat rate $4.90 / Free shipping on orders over $50

  • Germany & EU: Calculated based on weight and destination

  • Rest of the world: Calculated at checkout

Customs & Import Fees

International orders (outside the USA or EU) may be subject to local taxes, VAT, or customs duties depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Production Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

• 3–7 business days
• Shipped locally from the US

🇪🇺 Germany & EU
• 5–10 business days (if fulfilled from the EU → no customs fees)
• 10–20 business days (if fulfilled from the US → customs fees may apply)

🌐 Rest of the World
• Approx. 10–25 business days (depending on location & customs clearance)

Tracking & Fulfillment

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note: Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if fulfilled by different production partners.

    We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Customs & Import Fees

For international shipments, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations for more information.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
