Shipping policy
At Pics & Babbles Studio, our products are made to order especially for you. We work with trusted production partners to manufacture and ship our products as efficiently as possible.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Australia
- Singapore
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs
United States: Flat rate shipping of $4.90. Orders over $50 ship free.
Australia & Singapore: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.
Production Time
As our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Production times may vary slightly depending on the product and production partner.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: approximately 3–7 business days after production
Australia & Singapore: delivery times vary depending on the product, production location and shipping method. The estimated delivery time available for your order will be shown at checkout where available.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Tracking & Multiple Shipments
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Because we work with different production partners, products from the same order may occasionally be produced and shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because delivery could not be completed, please contact us. Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@picsandbabbles.com and include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged item or packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.
