REFUND POLICY

All items are made to order, which means they are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• a description of the issue  
• clear photos of the item  

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for:
• change of mind  
• incorrect size or selection  
• minor color differences due to screen settings  

As all products are made to order, returns are only possible where required by applicable law.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:
• delays caused by shipping carriers  
• customs fees, import duties, or taxes  
• incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout  

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it with the shipping provider.
