Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

This policy applies to customers located in the European Union only.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pics & Babbles Studio GbR, Erwin-Brünisholz-Weg 22, 67071 Ludwigshafen, Germany, email: hello@picsandbabbles.com) of your decision.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs) within fourteen days.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof that you have returned them.

You must return the goods within fourteen days.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Our products are made to order. Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original condition.
